What we collect

Only what the waitlist form asks for:

• Your name, so we can address you properly when we get in touch.
• Your email address, so we can tell you when PassPaw opens.
• Whether you have a pet or run a pet business, so we open in the right order and send you the right message.

That is the whole list. This form has no account system, no payments and no tracking or advertising cookies, and it does not ask for your pet's details, your address or your phone number.

What we do with it

We email you about the PassPaw launch. Nothing else: no newsletter, no unrelated marketing, and we do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties.

Getting your details removed

Email privacy@passpaw.com.au and ask. We will delete your entry and confirm when it is done. You can also ask us for a copy of what we hold, which will be the three things listed above.

We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. When PassPaw launches, the full platform privacy policy will replace this notice and we will link to it from here.
